How much is UK delivery?

We charge £3.99 for UK delivery, using Royal Mail's 48hr tracked service.

We may offer a Next Day service at peak times such as Christmas at a charge of £10.99. Orders must be placed by 11am (Monday - Friday) to be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day and orders placed between Friday 11:01 and Sunday 23:59 will be dispatched the next working day. Orders will be dispatched with either UPS 10:30 Express Service or Royal Mail Guaranteed by 16:00.

When will my item/order be dispatched?

We always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We are currently dispatching orders by the end of the next working day however delays may occur during busy periods.

please note: if you have purchased a pre-order item, your whole order will be held until all items in your order become available. Please see all pre-order item descriptions on the product page for estimated dispatched dates.

Once dispatched, how long does shipping take?

Our domestic parcels are sent with Royal Mail on a 48hr tracked service. Orders of £80 or more will require a signature upon delivery. You will receive email and text message notifications from Royal Mail once they become available and will be given a 2 hour estimated delivery timeframe on the day of delivery.

Please note, 48hr refers to a Royal Mail self set delivery time target - it is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. LeBorne Ltd cannot be held responsible for any postal delays that might occur, particularly during peak festive periods.

Where is my order?

You can track the delivery of your order by logging in to your RSG account > My Account > select the order you would like to track > click on the tracking link. This will direct you to the Royal Mail Track & Trace service. 

Please note: in the unlikely event that a delay occurs to the delivery of your parcel, please leave 10 working days before notifying us by email (rainbowsensorygifts@gmail.com). If 10 working days have passed and you have still not received your parcel, we will put a claim in with Royal Mail and post out a new order to you.

How do I return an item?

You can return an item within 28 days of the delivery date (determined by Royal Mail track & trace) in an unused condition and in it's original packaging, to the below address. You are responsible for the cost of the return and we strongly recommend sending the item back to us on a tracked & signed for service as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that are not successfully delivered to us. A refund for the item value will be processed upon receipt of the returned item and will be refunded to the original payment method. Funds may take up to 5 working days to show in your account. Please note that delivery costs are non refundable.

If you decide to refuse the delivery of an item and it is subsequently posted back to us, you will be responsible for any charges imposed by the courier. Any charges will be deducted from the value of the refund. You will not receive a refund for the original postage cost.

An item has arrived damaged.

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, you must let us know by 23:59 (GMT) the next day. Please notify us by email (rainbowsensorygifts@gmail.com) and include images of the parcel and the damaged item, clearly showing the damage. We will respond to you as soon as possible to resolve the problem.

An item is missing from my parcel.

Sometimes, mistakes happen! If an item is missing from your parcel, please notify us by email (rainbowsensorygifts@gmail.com) by 23:59 (GMT) the next day, including an image of the order form (enclosed in the documents wallet attached to the outside of the parcel) and of the contents of the parcel. Luckily we enter the weight of each parcel into the Royal Mail system when dispatching parcels - this allows us to easily identify if items have been missed. We can also check the stock in our warehouse with the stock on the system. If we establish that an item was missing from your parcel, we will send you the missing item as soon as possible.

I am ordering from outside the UK

We will dispatch your parcel within the same 1-2 working day timeframe, using a postal service which matches the delivery fee paid at checkout. In the event that the delivery cost to us is much higher than we have charged you, we will contact you to ask if you would like to pay the additional cost or arrange for your order to be cancelled & refunded.
