When ordering a Rainbow Sensory Gift you will be asked a few simple questions at the checkout to complete your order.
The items in the sensory bags vary in colour and can vary from the photos on the website.
The ribbon shades can also vary in colour however will always be alike.
All items in the bags are to be used under the supervision of an adult.
Please check the items before every use and any signs of deterioration dispose of the items. There is a safety/importance notice included in the booklets and we strongly advise that this is read and understood

Due to the nature of sensory play- some items included in the bags are not considered as 'toys' so do not come marked with a CE mark.
All items that are CE marked will come with the relevant tags included.
We do not sell sensory wands as forms of teething aids.
We reserve the right to remove any items from the website.
All items include VAT at the standard rate of 20%
All items are sent via Royal Mail and dispatched within 3-5 days.

Discount/rep codes cannot be redeemed against monthly story sacks or Lanka Kade blind boxes.

If you have any problems with your items please make contact with me as soon as you receive your order so that we can work through any problems.
There is a 30 days return policy and any items that are returned are to be returned in an unused condition.
If an item is returned customers are responsible for postage costs.
If any item is damaged on arrival - you must make us aware within 2 days of receiving your order. Any claims after this will not be honoured, We will replace any items that arrive damaged and we will cover the cost.

At any point up until then we may decline to supply an item to you.
